If any of you watched last week's episode of CSI Las Vegas all I can tell you is WOW. Liz Vassey dressed up like the sexiest "star trek skank" ever!

On TV she plays a pretty cute lab geek, but off screen she was a bad bad girl.





Liz Vassey (born August 9, 1972 in Raleigh, North Carolina) is an American actress, best known for playing Captain Liberty on the 2001 TV series The Tick. She also played Emily Ann Sago on the soap opera All My Childrenfrom 1988 to 1991 and also had a recurring role as Dr. Carrie Allen on the series Tru Calling from 2004 to 2005. She appeared on Two and a Half Men The Last Thing You Want to Do Is Wind Up with a Hump (2003). As of 2005, she has a recurring role as Wendy Simms on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She has a cameo on Joss Whedon's web-based film, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, as "Fury Leika."

Along with fellow actress Kristin Bauer, Vassey runs a company called Neurosis to a T(ee), which designs and sells slogan-covered t-shirts for women. The slogans poke fun at female worries and neuroses, often relating to relationships.

She gets this week's ESC "I'd Hit it! 2 times" Award, Congrats!

CSI Miami: David Caruso slapped with lawsuit!

David Caruso has been slapped with a lawsuit from an ex-girlfriend he dumped while she was pregnant. That's right Horatio himself actually let someone down.

In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Thursday, Liza Marquez claims that the CSI: Miami &mdeash; whom she met in 2004 — inflicted emotional distress on her and breached their agreement that he would support her.

Some of Marquez's bombshell allegations include that David asked her to terminate her first pregnancy, raised a hand to her when she was pregnant, accused her of wanting to bed Billy Dee Williams and told people she was mentally ill.

The papers also state that she found David's secret collection of 1970s porn hidden in his bedroom. (Because for some reason he is still living in the past and just like the past thinks his career is still hot)

Shortly before Marquez gave birth to their second child in 2007, they stopped living together. They officially split upon her return from the hospital after giving birth.

When she was served with a paternity action. With the paperwork there was a note from David's attorney stating that "reconciliation is not an option."

Nearly a year later, Marquez alleges that they made an agreement in which David would pay her $1 million. However, she claims he never followed through.

My question is did he do all of this while leaning his head down and to the right while wearing his sunglasses or not? cause you know if the sunglasses are off he means business.
