Sci-Fi Channel soon to be SyFy

Now i just recently found out about this, and i have already posted the below comment i made on another blog (which i will remain nameless until that person adds me as a friend blogger)

I wanted everyone to know that i think this is just retarded and gay in so many ways. Do you really think all the geeks who actually know how and prefer to spell things correctly would actually want to know that there favorite channel is now made so that dumb people who can't read and haven't even graduated from high school can find the channel now because it's spelled like a hooked on phonics for kids.

Lets all teach more people how to spell, maybe we can change the National Geographic channel to "Pictures of animals channel"

Maybe this is not a big deal, but did you think that we really needed to make the word "Sci-fi" anymore easier to read?
